An Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) is a security issued by a licensed institution that tracks a defined, actively managed strategy. The strategy's mandate, the manager and the custodian are set at issuance, and the certificate's net asset value is published on a regular cycle.

The foundation
Swiss custody, in your own name
Accounts are opened with Swiss custodian banks in the investor's own name, for clients who want their assets held in Switzerland. The custodian keeps the assets in safekeeping, and investments settle directly between the investor's account and the product.
Your name, your account
The relationship is between the investor and the custodian bank.
Direct settlement
Funds move between the investor's account and the product's account. Silverline does not hold client money.
