Who we are
A coordination house for structured wealth.
Silverline originates and designs investment strategies built on Actively Managed Certificates. We select and bring together the licensed institutions that issue, manage and custody each structure, and we remain the ongoing point of relationship for the partners and investors it serves.
Our boundaries are deliberate: we do not provide investment advice, we do not manage assets, and we do not hold client money. The regulated work belongs to regulated specialists. Our craft is conceiving the structure, coordinating its construction and accompanying everyone involved with clarity.

We conceive and design the strategy: the mandate, the shape, the jurisdictions it should live in.

We select and appoint licensed institutions, issuer, manager, custodian, and oversee the build.

We remain the point of relationship: reporting, education and service, for partners and their clients.

Robson leads Silverline's strategy and its banking relationships across the United Kingdom and Switzerland, with a background in cross-border wealth structuring for international clients.

Yuval shapes the strategies Silverline originates, drawing on senior international private banking experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Vice President
Eyal focuses on family wealth architecture, estate planning and continuity, aligning each structure with multi-generational goals.
Felipe Pereira
Corporate Support Specialist
Felipe leads the operations side of Silverline, bringing his Business Administration background to the back office, partner onboarding, investor records and the technology that supports them, from internal systems to the Investment Portal.
Ariane Silva
Sales Assistant
Ariane is often the first person partners speak to at Silverline, and she stays with them case by case. Working between the commercial team and the back office, she looks after investor onboarding, KYC and paperwork, making sure nothing slips through the cracks from the first conversation to the finished case.
Henry Ilo
Banking, Custody & Structuring Relationship Manager
Henry manages Silverline's relationship with banks, custodians and structuring partners. Drawing on his background in Financial Institutions Group (FIG) coverage in investment banking, he coordinates the set-up of vehicles and products with licensed partners across the jurisdictions the group serves, and supports account opening and payment processes with the banks.

Jake conducts due diligence on the products and underlyings behind each strategy, assessing structure, issuer and documentation before anything reaches partners.
